All pistons are produced by imported acrylonitrile
butadiene rubber which suit for ordinary drilling
environment . The working temperature of our
piston is up to 120 ℃ and it is with excellent wear
resistance and good chemical corrosion resistant .
The service life of the piston can reach 280 hours in
ordinary drilling working environment.
Strength Enhanced
The material of this kind of pistons is high-intensity
acrylonitrile butadiene rubber which supplyed by
American Dupont company and Japanese Zeon
company.This kind of pistions is with good oil and
wear resistance as well as super comprehensive
strength, which applied to oil-based mud and higher
silt content working environment.
High-temperature and High-hydrogen sulfide
The material of this kind of pistons is HNBR supplyed
by American DuPont company and Japanese Zeon
company which applied to high-temperature, high
pressure, high-corrosion working environment.
The working temperature is up to 150 ℃. Generally,
HNBR usually used for aviation industry and it was
also used for the oil industry in recent years, HNBR
has excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance
and oil resistance of performance.
Its amine resistance properties and steam resistance
performance are very good.
Especially in high-temperature, high-pressure
working environment.The ordinary rubber is easy
damaged for the role of hydrogen sulfide, carbon
dioxide, methane, steam and acid environment, but
HNBR has shown a good comprehensive performance.
